I have used the Doublar before in Pilates sessions, and with the current COVID situation am really missing a regular massage. The Doublar has helped enormously with ongoing aches and pains i acquire from sitting at home and working. Whilst not a replacement for a luxury of good deep tissue massage, my aches and pains are relieved greatly. The quality of the Doublar is excellent, and the balls are solid rubber and not too violent for a self-massage. I really like the instructions that came with the Doublar that enabled me to use them on many hard to reach muscles. I highly recommend this product and would not hesitate to buy more from the range.
